What’s changed?

 

Shopping basket. Parents told us they liked using the basket to pay for multiple items without having to top-up first. So... we’ve brought the basket back.

Maintaining a balance. Some parents prefer not to hold a balance or find it confusing. It’s now easier to pay-as-you-go.     

Paying for meals. Some parents wanted a simpler way to pay for meals.  Parents can now pay for meals directly from the home page.

Parent Account. Parents want greater flexibility in managing their account and the ability to pay quickly. Parent Account is the fastest way to pay with just one click.

 

 

The support we will provide schools and parents 

 

Increased support: We have increased the size of our parent and school support teams enabling us to provide timely support.

Supporting parents: If you get any questions from parents, please use the parent guidance available via a message on your home page.

An online walk-through highlighting the changes is available to parents when they first login, schools can see an offline version here.

We’ll email all parents to tell them about the changes, where to get help online and how to contact support.

What's happening and when The new parent application went live on August 18.
