New look & feel

We thought it was time for a change. So we are updating ParentPay and improving our parent FAQ and Help section.

We plan to make the changes shortly. And don't worry, after the changes are made - everything will still work in the same way.


Making it easy for parents to recover their account

We've added an account recovery feature for parents who provide alternative contact details. Adding alternative contact details means that parents can recover their account quickly and schools will havSport Reliefe another way of reaching the parent should their main contact details change or fail.

What do parents need to do?

To add alternative contact details please direct parents to select:

> Profile Settings > (or person icon on mobile) > Account Recovery to enter and save details.
